GOSSET-TANNER--COATES -- On April 28th, at Holy Trinity Church, Eastbourne, by the Rev. G. P. Basset Kerry, Vicar of the Parish, the Rev. James Gossett-Tanner, M.A., to Sarah Decima, daughter of the late Joseph Coates, Esq., of Eyton House, Leominster.

HOOKE--AGNEW -- On April 27th, at Fortwilliam Presbyterian Church, by the Rev. J. Knowles, B.A., Thomas J., eldest son of Richard Hooke, Banbridge, Co. Down, to Jeanie, youngest daughter of the late William Agnew and Mrs. Agnew, Brougham Street, Belfast.

VALENTINE--SHEALS -- April 28th, at St. John's, Malone, by Rev. N. E. Smith, Thomas P., youngest son of the late William Valentine, Belfast, to Anna, youngest daughter of Hugh Sheals, Belfast.

Deaths

ANDERSON -- April 30th, at his residence, 73, Woodstock Road, Matthew Anderson (late of Messrs. Riddell's, Ltd., Donegall Place). The remains of my dearly-beloved father will be removed for interment in the family burying-ground, First Saintfield, to-morrow (Sunday), 2nd May, at two o'clock. FEE -- April 29th (suddenly), Rebecca, widow of the late Samuel Fee, Belfast. Funeral strictly private.

LAVERTY -- At her husband's residence, Rainey Street, Magherafelt, on Friday, 30th April, Isabella, dearly-beloved wife of Robert Laverty. Her remains will be removed from above address at 2-30 p.m. to-morrow (Sunday), 2nd inst., for interment in Kilcronaghan Churchyard. ROBERT LAVERTY.

MacFARLAND -- April 28th, at his residence, 77, Eglantine Avenue, Rev. George MacFarland, Secretary of Irish Presbyterian Missions. Funeral this day (Saturday), 1st May, at 10 a.m., for City Cemetery. No flowers.

MOORE -- April 30th, at Maryville House, Balmoral (the residence of her son-in-law), Jane Anderson, widow of the late D. W. Moore. Funeral private. No flowers.

M'SHANE -- April 29, at her residence, 9, Chapel Lane, Mary M'Shane (widow of the late Patrick M'Shane, Auctioneer, Smithfield). -- R.I.P. The remains of my beloved mother will be removed from above address to-morrow (Sunday) afternoon, at 1-30, for interment at Milltown Cemetery. Friends will please accept this intimation.

WITHERS -- April 29 (suddenly), at his residence, Ballymaglaff, Robert R. Withers, aged 65 years. His remains will be removed from his late residence, for interment in the family burying-ground, Knockbracken, this (Saturday) afternoon, at three o'clock. I. M. M'DONALD.
