Ten Gweedore peasants left Derry Jail under a strong police escort this morning for Maryborough, where they will be tried on the charge of the wilful murder of Inspector Martin. The charge against Rev. James M'Fadden and others for conspiracy, &c., will, it is understood, be postponed until October.

BELFAST WEQUITY COURT
His honour Judge Fitzgibbon, resumed the hearing of equity business in the County Courthouse to-day. Mr. H. M'Neile M'Cormick was in attendance.
Brown v. Lyttle.
This action was brought by the plaintiff, Matthew Brown, of Crumlin Road, Belfast, boot-maker, for the purpose of obtaining an interim injunction to restrain the defendant, James Lyttle, Crumlin Road, from erecting certain buildings on the Crumlin Road, near St. Mary's Church, and doing damage to the adjoining premises of the plaintiff, of which he was the lessee. Plaintiff further sought damages for injury sustained by him by reason of the defendant having placed building materials upon plaintiff's grounds. Mr. Wm. M'Grath (instructed by Mr. R. J. Porter) appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr. W. M. Whitaker (instructed by Mr. J. G. Shaw), for the defendant. Evidence having been given, his Honour granted the injunction sought for, and £15 damages for the loss sustained by the plaintiff by reason of the acts of the defendant, with costs of the suit.
Megaw v. M'Kinstry.
This was an action brought by James Megaw, Ballynure, cattle dealer, against Samuel M'Kinstry and John M'Kinstry, of French Hill, Ballyeaston, farmer, for the recovery of £20 for a breach of warranty in respect to the purchase of a cow. Mr. Wm. M'Grath (instructed by Mr. Harper) appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr. Wm. Whitaker (instructed by Mr. M'Ninch, for the defendant. After evidence his Honour gave a decree for £8 against Samuel M'Kinstry, and struck out the action against the other defendant.

ACCIDENT TO A HORSE. -- To-day a horse which was conveying a load of lime, and belonging to Mr. Rogers, Strand, got a bad fall nearly opposite the Sirocco Works, Ballymacarrett. Almost fifteen minutes were passed in trying to relieve the poor animal, which had got badly hurt, but, principally by the assistance given by Constable Hazlett, it was ultimately enabled to recover itself.

SAD DEATH NEAR COAGH. -- A young man named Thomas M'Reynolds, Ballymagure, Coagh, went with a horse and cart for the purpose of getting a load of sand at a place called Annagh. After filling the cart the horse refused to draw it, and the deceased, n making an effort to start him, fell to the ground and expired.
