CONCERT AT BALLYCARRY.

A concert was held in No. 1 P.E. School, Ballycarry, on Friday evening, when Captain Charles Dundee, M.C., M.B. (assistant tuberculosis officer for Co. Antrim) presided over a crowded gathering. The programme included songs by Miss Creelman (Belfast), Miss T. Beattie, Messrs. G. Beattie (Belfast), W. Hulme, H. Thomas, and James M'Kee. Instrumental selections were contributed by Miss I. Campbell (Whitehead), Messrs, J. Erskine, J. Niblock. A. M'Allister, and James Hughes. Dramatic recitals were given by Miss K. M'Master (Belfast).

There were two cleverly acted sketches, by the Ballycarry Amateur Players, consisting of Miss Ella M'Master, Miss Sadie Beattie, Miss C. M'Kee, Miss Charlotte Campbell, Messrs. David Martin, Samuel Robinson, Jas. M'Kee, and A. M'Master. Choral items by the senior and junior pupils of the school were delightfully sung, under the direction of Mrs. Nelson and Mrs. Millar, members of the teaching staff. The various accompaniments were supplied by Miss Nan M'Cully, L.T.C.L., Ballycarry.

At the close, a dance was held Captain Dundee acting as M.C., and the music was supplied by the Ballycarry Jazz Band
