Births

On Sunday, the 22d December, the Lady of Wm. Beers, Esq., of a daughter.

A few days since at Eston Cleveland, Margaret Harrison, wife of a labouring man, of three sons, all doing well, and named Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

At Victoria Place, Belfast, the Lady of the Rev. Thomas Drew, of a son.

Married

On the 28th ult. in the Inch Church, by the Rev. John Reid, Mr. Wm. Tate, of Belfast, (late of this town) to Priscilla, second daughter of the late Mr. John Olphert, of Downpatrick.

On the 31st ult. at Carnmeen, by the Rev. W. H. Cooper, of Dublin, the Rev. Wm. Furdyce, Independent Minister, Newry, to Anne, third daughter of the late John Coulter, Esq., Carnmeen.

On the 26th ult. by the Rev. S. Watson, Killinchy, Mr. Henry Jaffrey, Tullnakiln, to Mrs. Anne Haddock, Ann-street, Belfast.

On the 21st ult. by the Rev. Samuel Blair, John Anderson, Esq., Bangor, to Miss Sarah M'Whinney, daughter of Hugh M'Whinney, Esq., Bangor.

On the 20th ult. by the Rev. James Mulligan, Mr. Joseph M'Cord to Mary Jane, daughter of Mr. George M'Cord, both of Trummery, Moira.

On the 29th ult. by the Rev Mr. Dorrian, c.c., Mr. Cornelius Neville to Miss Rachel Boomer, both of Belfast.

Died

On the 27th ult. after a short illness, Robert M'Allister, baker, of this town. Deceased was a native of Coleraine, and had served for many years on board a man-of-war, having been impressed into the navy in his youth. He has now spun the last thread of the "long yarns" in which seamen take so much delight.

On the 27th ult. at Cultra, in his 37th year, John H. Kennedy, late of the 14th Light Dragoons, eldest son of Hugh Kennedy, of Cultra, in the county of Down, Esq.

On the 28th ult. of malignant fever, in his father's house, No. 4 College-square, Belfast, George M'Munster, medical student, aged 19.

On the 29th ult. Mr. Wm. Agnew, Redhill, aged 79 years, distinguished for his uniform moral rectitude. The esteem in which he was held was signally manifested by a large and respectable multitude that accompanied his remains to his place of interment.

On the 29th ult. Mr. John Waugh, formerly of Londonderry, aged 17 years.

On the 23d ult. Mr. Wm. Henry, of Ballyhosset, aged 96.
